    • Assist with on-site event execution, including setup, speaker support, and troubleshooting as needed.

    • Collect post-event feedback from attendees and speakers to guide future programming decisions.

    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the selection of topics and speakers.

    • Attend and support monthly events, building relationships with speakers and attendees.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in event planning, content curation, or HR-related programming.

    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable engaging with senior professionals and industry leaders.

    • Excellent organization and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.

    • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across committees and leadership roles.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Passion for HR, professional development, and community building.

    • Willingness to volunteer time and talent as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in HR, learning & development, or event management.

    • Experience working directly with guest speakers and managing program content.
