Join the San Diego HR Forum 2026 Mentorship Program!

The annual SDHR Forum Mentorship Program is here! Whether you're looking to give back as a mentor or grow professionally as a mentee, this program is designed to foster career development, meaningful connections, and personal growth.

The Mentorship Program pairs early and mid-career Human Resources Practitioners with executive leaders for a dynamic professional development experience. It is a 1-year commitment with a minimum of 9 meetings throughout the year. The process includes an application and an in-person Mentorship pairing event.
