    The Anti-Fragile HR Executive

According to Nassim Taleb (author of Anti-Fragile), when you are anti-fragile you grow as a result of chaos and disorder. During the pandemic we have seen some organizations and their HR executives pivot and flourish, while others froze, with disastrous results. We are in an environment of rapid change, high variance, disruptive influences, and risks we have yet to consider. What will it take for you to become anti-fragile in this environment?

    What will participants learn?

    • The distinction between fragility, resilience, and anti-fragility
    • What it takes to become anti-fragile
    • Examples of anti-fragility
