    Impostor Syndrome

You aren’t smart enough or good enough. You are a fake and phony and someone is going to uncover the truth at any moment. Do these thoughts sound familiar to you? You are definitely not alone, but it’s time that you stop letting these thoughts sabotage your possibilities in work and your personal life. This feeling of being found out as a fraud is a well-documented phenomenon amongst many high-achieving individuals and it has a name and it’s called Impostor Syndrome and it is a heavy load to bear. Learn how to see it and squash it for good.

Note- Please be aware that we follow CDC recommendations and we will ask everyone to wear their masks during the event (vaccinated or not) when not actively eating. We will also limit the guest capacity to 50% and space out our seating properly to maintain social distancing.

This session is designed to help create a cohesive picture of who you are as a leader, both at work and in your personal lives. During this interactive discussion, Hema and Michael will provide insight into the 14 Marine Corps Leadership Traits and how they apply to each one of us.
