In this session, we will explore Appreciative Inquiry, a transformative approach that shifts organizations from a problem-focused mindset to a strengths-based model of change. You will learn the core principles of Appreciative Inquiry, the "5-D Cycle" framework, and how to apply this methodology to drive positive organizational change. In a time of rapid, unpredictable change, we must move beyond the idea that change is an object to be managed and instead embrace it as the environment we operate within—requiring a fundamental shift in how we define and relate to change. By the end of the session, you will not only grasp the theory but also experience a portion of the Appreciative Inquiry process firsthand, equipping you with practical tools to implement it in your own organization.
