    We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter  to join our team. As a member of our team, you will own and drive the recruiting process from end-to-end. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates in a creative manner. We’re passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here. We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus, and determination to our team.

    What you will do in this position :

    • Partner with senior management to hire with speed and quality for HME, Hospitality & Specialty Communications, Clear-Com, JTECH, and Commercial Electronics.
    • Drive the recruitment process for senior business leaders; coaching and guiding managers throughout the process. This includes owning interview planning/debrief sessions and coaching interview teams on behavior-based interviewing techniques. 
    • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow up communication and timely feedback.
    • Assist in the execution of TA programs including social media initiatives, recruitment activity planning (job fairs, open house events, etc.) and company-wide campus recruitment campaign. 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting methods and processes and recommends improvements or changes.
    • Manage recruitment related data in applicant tracking system.
    • Conduct exit interviews.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives across all areas of HR.


    What you need to succeed in this position :

    • 5+ years of proactive corporate recruiting experience with technical and executive level positions.   
    • Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written), strong negotiation skills, ability to have a consultative conversation. 
    • Knowledge of the basics of employment law as it applies to the employment process.
    • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders, understand their talent needs, develop a staffing plan, and then drive the process through to offer acceptance.
    • Experience with Taleo strongly preferred.
