    The HR Generalist is a critical member of the HR Super Team at Vistage. We are looking for someone who proactively wants to make a positive impact with the work they do. We need someone who understands the balance of compliance and policy but pairs it with compassion, innovation, and a world-class delivery.


    • Drives the performance management program, including annual reviews, processing of merit increases, bonuses, and commission plans.
    • Provides innovative and proactive analytics to drive HR programs, including but not limited to headcount, compliance reporting, award applications, etc.
    • Handles employee relations, acting as an advocate for both the employee and the organization to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome when possible.
    • Partners with legal and provides recommendations on progressive discipline action and/or investigations as needed.
    • Conduct Exit Interviews and perform qualitative data analysis of turnover, discipline, and other metrics.
    • Analysis of data and recommendations of improvement to Management across all HR disciplines.
    • Other HR Projects as assigned by our Director of HR & Employee Experience.


    • 5+ years’ of experience in Corporate HR
    • 2+ years’ employee relations; including administration of performance improvement plans and investigations.
    • 2+ years’ compensations’ experience; including salary grades, merits, bonus, and commission plan writing.
    • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR Certification Preferred.


    Driven, organized; independent; adaptive, forward-thinking, eager to go beyond his/her comfort zone, resourceful; warm and effective communicator; creative and lively intellect; high energy, fast-paced, motivator; proactive


    Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
