    Maravai LifeSciences is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our growing team. This position will serve as primary point of contact for all HR systems and technologies.  This will include to serve as system administrator on all HR systems (including HRIS, Performance Management, ATS, benefits vendors), to provide key record maintenance on physical and/or electronic employee files, and to work closely with payroll to resolve issues with pay.  The role will assist with employee communication on payroll and benefits matters, process pay/benefits changes, administer annual open enrollment process and monthly benefits billing and also assist with new employee on-boarding process, compensation and benefits administration, policy administration and performance management.


    • Daily data entry of new hires, terms, promotion and status changes, while maintaining data integrity.
    • Address system questions and issues, testing system changes.
    • Review employee self-service data; new hire, LOA's and benefits.
    • Audit and maintain ADP WFN data; perform cleanup as required.
    • Train other department users.
    • Provide various Human Resource related analysis, standard and custom reports as required using various sources of data.
    • Assist with creating new accounts and manage access permissions
    • Develop data processing guidelines
    • Accomplish work in an organized, timely manner producing necessary results in spite of unforeseen changes
    • Ensure compliance data protection regulations
    • Ensure employees, through self-service HR System platforms, are able to obtain or modify personnel information
    • Ensure job applicants, through self-onboarding HR System platforms, are able to obtain or modify personal information
    • General understanding of interfaces with 3rd party vendors (i.e. medical, 401k, vision eligibility files)
    • Assist with special projects, as required or as assigned.


    • BS in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred
    • Diploma in Human Resources is a plus
    • 3-5 years experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with ADP WFN (HCM) - Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Management and Benefits Management
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel
    • Detail oriented with strong data entry skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency in developing queries in order to transform data to information and decision making support.
    • Understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS), interfaces and transmission protocols (SFTP, FTP, Encryption).
    • Proficient understanding of system administration, HR processes, understanding how control tables effect HRIS system administration.
    • Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills for providing knowledge to end users
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to use the results of analysis to make recommendations regarding effective strategic decisions.
    • Project Management skills
