     In this newly created role, you will join the Human Resources team and be responsible for the development and oversight of a campus recruiting program with targeted local universities, as well as the strategic management of our Junior Analyst Program. 

     You will initially design a campus recruitment strategy for targeted local schools and take responsibility for the execution.  This includes being responsible for building Axos’ brand image on campus. You will guide internal recruiting teams and act as the primary point of contact for candidates, academic institutions, and the business.

     Secondly, you will be responsible for building upon our existing Junior Analyst rotation program, which is primarily sourced from our campus program.  The program includes the strategic deployment of junior analysts throughout the company to meet our business needs, while providing career growth and development.

     Key responsibilities:

    • Work with internal stakeholders to build and execute a campus recruitment strategy for selected local universities
    • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for entry level and intern positions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with students, academic stakeholders and the business; serve as their primary point of contact
    • Serve as our "Axos Brand Ambassador" to enhance our visibility on campus 
    • Leverage recruiting knowledge and competitive market intelligence to drive strategy and educate internal stakeholders
    • Own and manage the Analyst rotational program, including the hiring, onboarding, training, deployment, and performance management
    • Manage various activities of the Analyst program such as training assignments and Process Improvement Projects
    • Build relationships with analysts to gain a meaningful understanding of their skills, experience, and preferences to identify the right opportunities for them
    • Form relationships with managers to gain a solid understanding of  business needs and role requirements
    • Deploy analysts to business units. This will involve an assessment of business needs, analyst preferences, and the balancing of both
    • Work with managers to identify full-time career opportunities for analysts
    • Develop metrics and reporting capabilities  

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of relevant businesses
    • Solid understanding of campus recruitment practices
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Consultative approach towards internal and external stakeholders
    • Problem solving skills; ability to manage and resolve issues
    • Strong analytical  and critical thinking skills
    • Adept at event planning
    • Self-directed. resourceful
    • Work well independently and collaboratively with team 
    • Strong competency in core professional skills, especially: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility, initiative and tact

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 4+ years’ relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an ability to utilize applicant tracking system
    • Adept with LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as various social media platforms
    • Bachelor’s Degree

    Preferred:

    • Campus Recruiting experience in a professional services or corporate environment
    • Human Resources experience
    • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma
    • Expertise in program or group management
