    About the Position We are searching for an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist to take on a broad range of projects and functions. The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

    In this dynamic role, the Sr. HR Generalist will interact with top management as well as establish an accessible and supportive relationship with all employees. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material in an environment where professionalism, competence, communication skills, discretion and confidentiality are of paramount importance.

    Key Responsibilities: • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. • Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. • Ability to perform analytics on dataset. • Responsible for full cycle onboarding of newly hired employees and enter new hire paperwork in HRIS system. • Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs. • Create internship program and fully rollout to organization. • Conducts employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, terminations, and exit interviewing. • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. • Cross train HR Coordinator in remote office. • Create programs for remote employees to make them more engaged. • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. • Undertake tasks around performance management. • Become the sole administer of HRIS system. • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. • Research, analyze, and present data as assigned. • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
