     What would you be doing in this position?

    HR Coordinator/HRIS GURU

    You are the go to specialist for all employment process related questions.  In this role you will be working on multiple employee systems on both the property and corporate levels.  Some of the responsibilities include:

    • Completes proper data input to maintain system accuracy within the HRIS programs.
    • Creates custom reports and accesses reports already created.
    • Manages multiple projects which vary from interfacing with auditors to running team members events.
    • Assists teammates in all benefits and wellness questions.
    • Answers general benefit questions from our Team Members as well as assists with questions regarding gaming licenses and gaming license status.


    Employee Engagement Specialist

    You are the teammate event planner on property responsible for bringing the fun to the teammate side of Funner, California. We value teammate recognition and are looking for a specialist who can create an atmosphere that promotes engagement and fosters teamwork.

    • Assists in planning, designing and implementing small to large teammate events.
    • Writes, edits, and produces collateral for recognition, events and other HR related materials.
    • Provides data, analysis and recommendations on teammate satisfaction and retention measures through exit interviews
    •  Researches and gathers data to respond to federal, state and local agencies.

    What are we looking for?

    • Must have excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service and verbal communication skills. We work closely as a team!
    • Excellent understanding of English and Spanish preferred, both written and verbal.
    • Must have ability to take initiative, be very detail oriented, creative and self-motivated.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in fast pace environment and work well under pressure.  Professional “jugglers” are encouraged to apply.
