    Summary: This position is primarily responsible for supporting organizational development initiatives. This includes: launching, monitoring, and managing online assessment processes; serving as initial point of contact between coaches and potential coaches during the Pre-coaching phase of the coaching process; proposal draft creation; employee opinion and other survey process management; designing new training curriculum, cleaning and formatting existing training materials, proofing and editing existing and new training materials and all other tasks related to the creation/codification of training and support materials. In addition, this person must demonstrate strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

    The organizational development responsibilities will consist of 50% of the job responsibilities. An additional 25% of the job responsibilities will include managing client, subcontractor, adjunct, and vendor relationships. The remaining 25% of the job responsibilities will include general office and administrative tasks. The position is part-time and will require approximately 15-20 hours per week and will pay $15 - $18 an hour, commensurate with experience.

    Minimum Requirements: B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Business, or a related field.  No facilitation experience needed, although an understanding of the principles of Organizational Development is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook) are required, specifically advanced knowledge/experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher. Experience with data analysis and survey software (SPSS, Survey Monkey) is preferred. Experience with building document templates in Word and PowerPoint, website design and marketing experience desired.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

         Codifying all company materials in order to create brand consistency and recognition

         Creating, updating, managing client centric contacts

         Strong relationship building skills for managing and interacting with clients, subcontractors, adjuncts and vendors

         Project management for surveys, information gathering processes, and other projects

         Designing, proofing and editing curriculum and materials for a variety of topics related to Organizational Development

         Creating and writing training materials in the areas of Team Building, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and others

         Assisting in the development of analytical reports and articles
