    As a Benefits and HRIS Administrator, you’ll provide proactive, timely and quality administrative support to the Benefits and Payroll Manager as well as our HR Generalist to include projects and tasks that are related to data management, compliance, and benefit administrative support in order to contribute and enhance the overall effectiveness in support of achieving our team goals.

    • Supporting the benefit team by creating reports and summaries to assess for benefit compliance and completion of all benefit related paperwork.
    • Analyzing and auditing data to determine trends in benefit and compliance related matters.
    • Supporting the Benefits and Payroll manager with health and wellness fairs and open enrollment.
    • Accurately and efficiently utilizing company systems, to include HRIS and Payroll systems in order to update and maintain employee data.
    • Process verifications of employment, 401k contribution and changes, and employee benefit updates.
    • Maintaining document and non-document related content for the HR team on the Intranet and in paper files to ensure compliance with record retention laws and to provide employees with appropriate access to key documents


    • 2-3 years administrative support, project coordination and/or project management experience desired
    • Analytically driven with a desire to provide excellent customer service
    • Strong Excel skills to include intermediate experience using v-look ups and pivot tables
    • Team/department operations support strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills, including grammar, punctuation and spelling, and ability to use technology to support and leverage the team (including MS Office, SharePoint)
    • Excellent organization time management, project management preferred. Fast-learner with initiative and approaches the team with a service mindset; willing to ask for assistance, help when needed.
    • Demonstrated ability to proactively ask questions and identify opportunities that contribute to the efficiency of the team; interest and experience in accomplishing tasks and projects from a caring perspective.
    • College degree preferred but not required
