Responsible for leading the execution of full cycle recruitment while balancing out three key areas: employee experience, customer experience and financial results – in order to achieve our Organizational Strategic objectives as set forth in the Strategic Plan. This position also leads evaluation and improvements to the hiring process, systems and tools used to achieve established hiring goals and maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the department and its customers.
Full Cycle Recruiting: Ensure we are hiring the right people for the right positions on a timely basis to meet our organizations current and future needs. Leads the execution of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and pre-employment screening process to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
In partnership with the Recruiting Leader, responsible for development of applicant talent pool and sourcing strategies, including job board posting, social media, and other tools, to sustain current and future needs, enhance the lifestyle reputation and attract high quality talent. Responsible for candidate interview experience, partnering with internal and external customers to ensure the team is aligned with lifestyle objectives to enable effective selection of top talent support and lead recruitment projects that innovate and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Recruiting Business Partner: Partners with managers and their teams in order to provide right people in the right positions at the right time. Cultivates dynamic and consultative relationships with hiring managers across the company, developing in-depth knowledge of various business areas. Leads the coaching and training of hiring managers on recruiting selection criteria to enable selection of quality candidates that fit team needs.
