Talent Development Leader Strategic Role within HR Team:
Leads the company’s Talent Development strategy to onboard, develop, and retain talent and enhance human performance to contribute to the accomplishment of the company’s short-term and long-term strategic and business plan goals.
Leads Onboarding and New Employee Experience- Leads the development, process and cadence creation and implementation of onboarding programs (from employee’s first day to their 90th day) to ensure the provision of knowledge and training necessary for employees to rapidly achieve full competency in their role upon hire or promotion in a timely, consistent manner aligned with our desired employee experience and culture.
Leadership of Training Programs– Leads the design and oversees the implementation of the Company training programs to ensure training is delivered in a timely manner aligned with business cadence and goals that provides the desired employee experience while developing bench depth for all teams in the Company.
Talent Assessment, Performance Enrichment and Talent Development – Leads performance and talent development strategies and practices for the entire employee lifecycle to ensure proactive understanding of talent in the organization, and that employees are provided meaningful feedback and resources needed to achieve desired growth goals to meet organizational and individual performance objectives.
