Do you have strong writing skills? You will collaborate with hiring managers to create well-written job postings that are attractive and enticing to job seekers. You will also use your experience and expertise to determine best platforms to post, based on position type and niche requirements.
Are you passionate about candidate experience? We take candidate experience very seriously so it will be imperative that you ensure a positive candidate experience for all candidates who are engaged during the recruitment process. You will be expected to provide timely communication and updates to candidates and demonstrate tact and professionalism when communicating positive or negative feedback related to their candidacy.
Are you process driven and tech savvy? You will work within an established recruitment process while identifying and sharing ideas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You will utilize our Applicant Tracking System (currently Workday Recruiter) to update requisition and recruitment activities and leverage sourcing tools and technologies to reach candidates. You will have the opportunity to explore new tools and technologies which can help improve our recruitment capabilities as a team, specifically for the direct/indirect labor workforce, and highlight those to be considered for purchase or implementation.
Are you a team player? As part of the Talent Acquisition team and the broader People and Culture team, you will have the opportunity to participate in special projects and/or events and gain broader understanding and experience in People and Culture (Human Resources) as a function.
