We are hiring a People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team!
As our People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide business partnership to your assigned internal client groups, including corporate and commercial functions to lead, develop, and execute People and Culture strategy in support of our business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for our people leaders and employees within your assigned functions to provide counsel, coaching, and support on People and Culture fundamentals and employee-related questions. This role is key in executing People and Culture initiatives and driving functional excellence and process improvement, while championing key initiatives such as, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, building a strong workplace culture, promoting employee wellness, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and a transforming team aimed at supporting Watkins Wellness, an industry leading producer of brands such as Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools®, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas®.
