    Due to explosive growth, Arcturus is expanding our Human Resources team. We’re seeking an HR and Recruiting Assistant to join us on a ~6 month contract. 

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department in various areas such as recruitment, recordkeeping, data entry, and filing, as well as customer service support in responding to Human Resources inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.


    • Scheduling of candidates with interview panel, managing calendars, following up on invitations, confirming attendance
    • Create interview agendas and distribute documents for candidates
    • Collecting candidate evaluations 
    • Follow up with candidates post interviews
    • Maintain data in ADP applicant tracking 
    • Maintain company organizational charts
    • Manage confidential and time sensitive materials.
    • Coordinating internal and external interviews
    • Aligning with talent acquisition function in managing the job description data base
    • Creating and managing expense reports
    • Handling department billing and invoices
    • Answering employees’ questions and provide requested information
    • Maintaining, scheduling, and coordinating calendar activities
    • Answering and screening incoming calls.
    • Prescreen, schedule interviews, and assist in interviewing applicants.
    • Create and maintain all employee personnel files and records
    • Create job postings for external websites
    • Coordinate reference checks as required.
    • Date enter employee information in ADP system as required 
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


    • 1-2 Years of Administrative Support in a fast-paced environment
    • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Prior experience supporting HR or Recruiting, preferred, but not required
    • Strong customer service & detail orientation
    • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with specific expertise in Outlook
    • Proficient in arranging and administering virtual meetings using Zoom and/or MS Teams
    • Ability collaborate communicate within all levels of the company as well as applicants
    • Ability to work independently or within a team environment prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
    • Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of department/team
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Data-driven mindset
    • Maintain confidentiality
