JOB TITLE: Director/Manager Human Resources
REPORTS TO: President
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
DEFINITION: Reporting to the President, the Director Human Resources is responsible for designing and implementing Human Resources programs and policies at all levels of the company, ensuring wage & labor law compliance, develop programs to ensure the company enjoys smooth strategic growth in employment, managing the HR Department, ensuring compliance with HCSB directives and regulations, benefit and retention administration, managing the performance review process, and advising the Partners on professional employee management and various HR related duties, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Management
Recruiting and Retention
Continued education on supervising employees; labor laws and regulations, policies and procedures, best practices and approaches, etc.
EDD & Labor Board Administration
Manage Worker’s Comp Claims
Manage the HR Department
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Physical, Language and Reasoning Requirements
