Influence Skills to Drive Leadership Success

Every day, you encounter someone you want to convince of something. This is the human experience. How often do you find yourself caught in a cycle of persuasion, seeking to influence outcomes and yet not always being heard or clearly understood?

This session, led by an executive coach, author, and former HR executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, will share insights into the secrets of influence. Through stories, examples, and perhaps a game or two, attendees will explore new ways of thinking about the skills that drive leadership success as an enterprise-wide business partner. Expect to leave with actionable ideas for applying connection and curiosity to influence the results you want!

Whether your influence style is highly collaborative or more directive, the tips and tools covered will provide you with:

  • Simple, but not easy, approaches to gain access to new information and fresh perspectives
  • Actions designed to encourage greater connection and engagement
  • An approach to building trust, increasing connection, and exercising curiosity for greater results.

**Please note that the event date differs from our usual schedule.
