    Speaker Bio:

    Charmi Turner - VP of HR Rain Oncology 

    Charmi Turner has 19 years of experience in human resources (HR), with extensive expertise across talent acquisition, strategic planning and execution, policies and procedures, leadership development, performance and project management. Prior to joining Rain, Charmi was vice president of people at Tranquis Therapeutics, where she refined HR processes to support the company’s corporate objectives and managed all employee relations. Before Tranquis, Charmi was vice president of HR and Organizational Effectiveness at Coherus BioSciences, where she designed and implemented human capital strategies and optimized operational efficiency through continuous staff training/mentoring. Prior to Coherus, Charmi served as senior director of HR at Corium International and chief people officer at People Solutions. Charmi received her BS in business management from Middle Tennessee State University.
