Speaker Bio:

Tosha Perkins, Chief People and Partnerships Officer
Tosha Perkins is currently the Chief People & Partnerships Officer at Archer Aviation, a company revolutionizing the transportation industry by building the first evtol (electric vertical take off and landing) aircraft that will serve as an air taxi service in congested cities. Prior to joining Archer, Mrs. Perkins was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at McDermott International Inc, a leading publicly traded $10B EPC company, where she was globally responsible for all human resources functions and supported 40,000 employees across 54 countries.
In addition, she has held various leadership roles at several large consulting firms, including Slalom, North Highland, and Accenture. Perkins has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a key thought leader and contributor to organizations such as Evanta/Gartner CHRO SF Governing Body and Forbes Leadership Council. She has deep experience and expertise in total rewards, organizational development, strategy and leadership and remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of innovation, constantly seeking new ways to develop people, talent and drive success.
Jean Venus Marrow, VP, People
Jean Venus Marrow is a charismatic and strategic leader, currently the Vice President of People Operations at Archer Aviation. Jean brings her leadership expertise through building strategy and executing people programs that make an impact. She has successfully driven results with growing organizations from various industries including aviation, high tech, banking and retail. These various experiences have allowed her to scale private and publicly traded organizations globally. She has a Masters in Leadership and Management from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
She is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and has a passion for development, design thinking, creative problem solving, and the San Francisco Giants.
Cori Becerra, Director, Total Rewards
Cori Becerra is a dynamic and accomplished leader who has made a significant impact in the energy, oil and gas, and aviation industry. With a diverse background encompassing various industries, she brings a unique perspective and a wealth of expertise to the table. Her accomplishments include developing robust compensation programs & successful HRIS implementation impacting over 10k global employees at Key Energy Services, and leading a HR transformation effort and expansion of HR Shared Services in the Philippines. In her current role as Director of Total Rewards at Archer, she focuses on building Total Rewards from the ground up.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cori enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring different cultures through food, and appreciating nature through aquascaping, wildlife conservation, hiking and fishing.
Emily Thompson, Director, Talent Performance and Culture
Emily is a leadership strategist, results coach, speaker and writer who is passionate about guiding individuals to become unstoppable in the work they deliver. Emily has been chasing her dreams and fueling her curiosity for the past two decades as she’s experienced roles in program management, shipping strategy, Executive Development and now leading Talent Management at Archer Aviation. She has her MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and is an ICF accredited Coach.When not developing others, Emily enjoys spending as many waking moments as possible with her son Archer and fiancé David, practicing yoga, reading, playing her viola, traveling with her family, digging into a good book and playing with her nieces and nephews.
