The New World of Work is demanding significant change in how businesses operate and the overall experience they are delivering to customers and employees. Positioning the HR function as a strategic partner, with the ability to build trust and lead change, is critical to long-term organizational success.

This session addresses the ‘Trust & Change Imperative’ and identifies how key Trusted Advisor capabilities can enable organizational transformation. We will explore the value of being a Trusted Advisor and analyze the importance of reframing how HR drives business imperatives forward.

Speaker Bio: Kathy Krul-Manor is the Founder of
KKM Leadership and has built her
career on being a strategic advisor
and coach to senior leaders and
organizations. Kathy started her career as a
Human Resources Business Partner and moved into the Global Talent Strategy & Operations space with Deloitte in 2008. In her 14 years with Deloitte, Kathy focused on the areas of Growth & Career Development, DEIB, Internal Mobility, Succession, Executive Performance Management and Strategic Hiring.
