Rachel brings over 22 years of Human Resources experience, including training and development, communication and change, performance management, organizational culture and vision, conflict management, and leadership development. She is a people-centric leader, adept at creating and managing high-performing teams and working alongside executive leadership to produce impactful results. Rachel understands the complexities of operating in fast-paced, results-oriented organizations and thrives when leading individuals and teams through times of change and growth.
Rachel is a certified executive coach, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and has her Master’s in Human Resources. She is FieldLevel’s, a sports tech company local in San Diego’s, Chief People Officer.
