Bringing the human back into Human Resources will equip organizations with valuable information to address the impact of human interactions that have been automated in the workplace. This message will promote personal engagement to drive mutual understanding, accountability,  discipline delivery, rewards and recognition and promote leadership presence and intentional social-emotional skills.

Speaker:

Joy Freeman is a speaker, coach, facilitator, and motivator, who focuses on  engaging, encouraging, & empowering others to embrace their journey to JOY.  She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources, Bachelors in Organizational Leadership, a Diploma in Life Coaching, and is a Certified Mental Health Coach. Joy is also a Mental Health First Aid Responder and Trainer who is Certified in Advance Mediation. She has successfully navigated over 28 years in Human Resources in Corporate America and has combined those people/employee relations skills with her life passion to help others, help themselves.

Joy has made a commitment to come alongside individuals, teams, groups of all sizes, as well as communities, churches and companies for intentional improvement and positive progress. Her positive and powerful personality allows her to stand before any audience with real life, relatable, tangible, honest, supportive, and motivational messages. She is known for bringing about change and accountability through her empowering engagement and emphasis on reflection and intentional progress.
