Impostor Syndrome
You aren’t smart enough or good enough. You are a fake and phony and someone is going to uncover the truth at any moment. Do these thoughts sound familiar to you? You are definitely not alone, but it’s time that you stop letting these thoughts sabotage your possibilities in work and your personal life. This feeling of being found out as a fraud is a well-documented phenomenon amongst many high-achieving individuals and it has a name and it’s called Impostor Syndrome and it is a heavy load to bear. Learn how to see it and squash it for good.

She has a strong passion for people and takes pride in leveraging the strengths of her team to foster a culture focused on performance, engagement, and people development.
She is passionate about sharing her inspiring story of being a wife and the mom of 2 boys, one who is on the Autism Spectrum along with the struggle of being a working mom in today's corporate environment. She brings a raw, honest, and inspiring message to help others pursue their dreams and be present for what truly matters. Heather’s message has been featured in publications as well as on numerous podcasts, including being the host of the Bitches Be Brave Podcast. Heather is a proud MSU Spartan, but now resides in Southern California with her husband and 2 teenage boys where she loves to be in nature; running, hiking, biking, snorkeling, paddle boarding and most of all watching her boys play sports.
