Got Performance Management?

Come and Learn how to use Annual Reviews and Apathy to develop Culture of Coaching!

When: April 16, 2019

Speakers: Cindy Lewis & Adriana Kennedy

“Annual performance review time is my favorite time of the year,” said no one, ever. While employees are typically eager for feedback and managers want their teams to excel, the annual review process doesn’t always achieve the desired goals.   Annual reviews can also take a tremendous amount of time and focus away from progress toward goals.  As a result, the review process can become an exercise in frustration for all involved.

Perhaps you’ve thought about making changes to your performance management process, but aren’t sure where to begin.  Or maybe you’ve made adjustments and would like to continue to evolve your approach to create a more value-added solution.

In this session Cynthia Lewis and Adriana Kennedy will share their journey at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (SDCRAA) and provide practical ways to bring change to our companies. They will cover:

  • Historical Perspective of Performance Management (PM) – From feedback to feed
  • Culture Shift for San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (SDCRAA)
  • How did they do it?
  • Where they are now
  • SDCRAA Coaching Model

Cynthia and Adrianna will lead an interactive learning experience with opportunities for attendees to discuss with other HR professionals how they might apply components of SDCRAA’s model.  Bring your performance management challenges and ideas to this collaborative program.

Cindy Lewis is the Manager of Learning and Capability for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (SDCRAA).
