Wellness Programs: Designing for Impact

Developing a Wellness Program for your company and don’t know where to begin? Unsure how to build a wellness framework that aligns with your company’s particular needs and objectives? Have a wellness program that just isn’t producing the outcomes you desire?

Our January meeting will spotlight four practitioners to help answer these questions! Coming from organizations of varying industry, resources, and size, they will cover:

  • How did you design a program that aligned with your organization’s objectives?
  • What partners/resources did you use?
  • What were the challenges?
  • What worked well?
  • What was the outcome?
  • What advice do you have for people beginning this process in their own organization?

Our presentation will be moderated by Celeste Blodgett, VP, Human Resources at ESET, and feature:

  • Pete Andersen, Director of Benefits, Sempra Energy
  • Matt Cracraft, Corporate Wellness Specialist, Great Call
  • Merry DeMartino, EVP of Talent Development, Event Management
  • Charis Wanken, Career Coach, Pt. Loma Nazarene University

We look forward to welcoming you on Tuesday, January 15th!
