Motivational Listening

The skill of deep listening. Learn how by adopting a beginners mindset, you can open up a new world of answers. Discover the practice of curiosity and how to rewrite your assumptions to maximize your full potential and become a source of new ideas and solutions. In this session you will:

Uncover buried assumptions holding you back from effective communication.
Discover limiting beliefs associated with assumptions and connect those beliefs to how you see yourself, others and the world.
Explore the skill of curiosity through listening exercises and use newfound skills to apply deeper awareness to everyday conversations
Practice a range of powerful questions and learn how to coach and communicate from an inquisitive perspective.

Melissa Goodwin and Tamara Carrillo are Co-Founders of The IdeaHouse – a leadership and team development company serving a wide range of fast growing and innovative companies.
