Macroeconomic trends are changing the ways work gets done, and it is imperative we are prepared to compete for the best talent in the years ahead. The Gig Economy has risen quickly and taken a firm hold in our society. Signaling the advent of a new normal, workers across the entire spectrum of skill sets are obtaining robust opportunities to choose when, how, and for whom they work. What does this mean for you?

Speaker Profiles:

Trevor Foster, VP of Innovation – Innovative Employee Solutions (IES) As the vice president of innovation, Trevor is responsible for looking into the future for IES in order to capitalize on workforce trends and maximize financial success. This is done through collecting and analyzing financial and market data, determining internal strengths and capabilities, and maximizing the return of assets deployed by the company. Trevor has been with IES for more than 5 years in various capacities in the company’s finance department and leadership team contributing to the overall strategic direction of its financial development. Trevor is heavily focused on launching IES’ new division that will enable companies to adopt human cloud solutions and optimize their talent supply chain.

Sean Ring CCWP, Business Development Manager – Innovative Employee Solutions (IES) Since 2013, Sean has served as business development manager for IES – driving strong sales growth through new client acquisition with a relentless focus on win/win partnerships. Sean has developed relationships with a number of key industry partners and has led the way in brand development as IES’ face in the San Diego HR community. Sean has earned his Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) accreditation from Staffing Industry Analysts and was also recognized as one of the top millennial’s in the US staffing industry by Staffing Industry Review Magazine. Sean is currently vice chair for the American Staffing Association (ASA) Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Chair of the nationally recognized IES Cares program for community outreach and volunteerism.
