Employee Culture – It’s Right in Front of You but HOW do you do it?

In this interactive session, we go from strategy to tactics as we learn about the importance of employee culture and how to harness its potential.

The session covers the strategic importance of your employee culture and how it can provide your company a competitive advantage.  George Brandt said it best, “Given enough time and money, your competitors can duplicate almost everything you’ve got working for you. They can hire away some of your best people. They can reverse engineer your processes. The only thing they can’t duplicate is your culture.” (Forbes)  Neglecting your culture can be detrimental not only to your employee brand and your company brand, but also your bottom line.

Learn the steps to building a robust employee culture that leads to grabbing the discretionary effort of your employees! On a tactical level, we will learn how to not only define, but align, support and ultimately teach your culture to your employees.

Session objectives:

  • What is my employee culture? How do I determine what it is? How do I help mold it?
  • Why aligning your employee brand to your marketing brand is critical.
  • Why employee engagement is important to your organization and how to engage employees via your company culture.
  • What is an Employee Advocate and what is their role?
  • How to go from identifying your culture to supporting it.
  • New technology bringing this to the forefront.

This thought provoking session is meant to assist you in generating ideas you can implement as soon as you get back to the office.  Using Rubio’s latest work on employee culture as a guide, the course promises to be fun and informative.
