With over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the High-Tech and Hospitality Industries, Tony Chartrand has developed and implemented creative HR solutions for organizations that deliver measurable bottom-line performance. His experience includes managing Human Resources in the United States, Canada and Europe.
Chartrand’s background also includes experience integrating major business acquisitions including General Electric Qualcomm. Proficient in Quality systems, ISO 9000 and Total Quality Management complements his business acumen. He also teaches in the HR Certification Program at the University of California San Diego. Degreed in Business, and certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources SPHR, SPHR-SCP, Chartrand is currently Vice President Human Resources and Talent Management at Pechanga Resort & Casino and resides in San Diego, California.
