Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities at the assigned location. This person will be a true partner to the business and employees and will work very closely with departmental leaders to ensure compliance and adherence to local and federal laws. The local HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the implementation and observance of HR policy and procedure.
