    The HR Manager will lead the HR team in developing, executing, administering and measuring core, common and consistent HR solutions for Rivo Holdings, LLC. This position is accountable for driving company strategy as it pertains to human capital by ensuring the timely, effective and consistent delivery of day-to-day Human Resource functions including but not limited to: Employee Relations and Labor Law Compliance, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Organizational Development.

    What will you do?

    HR Advisor and Organizational Business Partner

    • Function as a dedicated advisor to the C-Suite Executive team as it pertains to decisions regarding personnel and organizational matters
    • Manage and develop the HR team to become Subject Matter Experts in HR and drive measurable impact across the organization
    • Guide leaders and develop organizational strategies that influence them to enable an engaged, high-performing workforce
    • Diagnose, analyze and interpret opportunities and propose sustainable solutions that move the company forward

    Employee Relations

    • Provide C-Suite executives, management and employees with information and advice regarding all employee relations matters
    • Spearhead investigations and administer proper protocol when recommending action, participating in disciplinary inquiries where necessary
    • Identify trends and proactively develop programs to improve employee relations and engagement
    • Champion practices and activities that promote and maintain a culture of diversity, inclusion and customer excellence across the organization.

    Talent Management

    • Align with corporate strategy to develop and deploy a measurable talent strategy; managing organizational headcount, succession planning, workforce analytics and overall HR department ROI
    • Partner with Chief Operating Officer in the facilitation of an effective leadership team by offering feedback on leadership behaviors, trends and developmental opportunities
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding strategies
    • Partner with management by providing direction, coaching, and support in regards to; talent acquisition, training and development, performance management and disciplinary action, organizational capability assessment and organizational change programs

    Strategy and Project Management

    • Identify, lead and manage the implementation of a new HRIS system
    • Share best practices and assist in the development of company-wide HR policies, processes and infrastructure that grow the business
    • Embrace and participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives that identify organizational improvements and cost savings to the business

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred field of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
    • 5 years of HR experience required. Preferably in a variety of HR verticals; Employee Relations and Labor Law Compliance, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Organizational Development.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience helping organizations and/or a lean HR team scale
    • Strong leadership capability and credibility with deep business acumen
    • Effective cross-functional leader that partners with key stakeholders to understand their teams, needs and business in order to maintain credibility and be exceptionally effective in the role
    • Capable and confident communicator with very strong personal presence
    • Proven ability to navigate and manage complex employee relations situations with ease
    • Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment; embracing and managing change within tight/conflicting time frames and competing priorities
    • Strong work ethic, sense of integrity and desire to be a partner and champion of innovation as Rivo continues to grow
