CRF is a dynamic not-for-profit health services organization serving San Diego County. We are growing and looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to work with our team.
You'll be involved in performance management training, leave of absence benefits, worker's compensation, employee-related dispute resolutions, investigations, and policy interpretation. You'll work as part of a team, so you will have plenty of opportunities for collaboration and support.
Ideally, you will have a BA/BS in a HR-related field, 2-5 years of significant employee relations experience; you will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Also helpful if you've worked with CA LOAs, Worker's Comp, and HR information systems. HR Certification also preferred.
