    This position is critical to helping us maintain the people oriented culture that we have.  You will:

    • -          Address Team Member with issues and partner with our leaders to ensure that we champion a great environment where everyone works well together to make our guests’ experiences incomparable! 
    • -          Engage in programs to improve Team Member retention and development. 
    • -          Work on feedback programs which help us ensure we get our team’s input.
    • -          Administer the HEART Fund process where we support our Team Members in times of need. 
    • -          Act as a role model to other Team Members and always present yourself as a credit to the team and to Harrah’s and encourage others to do the same.

    Work closely with all levels of Team Members.  No stuffy leaders here! 

    We offer flexibility!  We operate in a 24/7 environment that continuously operates year-round and that is driven by the needs of our customers and guests, but that means that we can flexible in meeting your scheduling needs too!  The nature of this role requires working a non-traditional work schedule in order to successfully execute activities and programs and create a world-class experience for our guests.  If you want to work later in the day – we can make that work! 

    If you happen to be bi-lingual in Spanish – that’s a huge plus too!
