    Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans. The Company provides clinicians with resources and clinically actionable information to support improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, substance use disorders, and other health conditions.  The Company also conducts real-time tracking of emerging drug use trends to help researchers, public health officials, and policymakers address the significant increase in drug overdose deaths.

    General Summary

    Responsible for providing HR support for managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.  Provide consultation to management on Human Resource’s matters from a policy and practice perspective.

    Essential Functions

    • Drives the execution of wide spectrum HR programs such as, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations
    • Maintains and establishes relationships with key decision makers
    • Engages in strategic business planning
    • Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes
    • Implements HR programs and initiatives
    • Contributes to the development of the change management strategy
    • Supervises the quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data
    • Manages and leads priority projects that support organization wide transformation initiatives
    • Provides assistance and guidance to management or a broad range of policies, programs, and practices
    • Regular and reliable attendance


    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field highly preferable
    • 3+ years’ experience in HR management with progressively challenging responsibilities as a strategic business partner
    • Proven experience in influencing HR strategy and programs based on business needs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS office applications
    • Strong knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and state and federal employment laws
