About the Job
Provide strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner support to a variety of groups within Dudek.
This role will require you to roll up your sleeves and engage in a hands-on approach to manager and employee coaching, mentoring and supervision of junior staff, performance improvement plans, compliance (AAP / EEO), mentoring staff, creating / collaborating on various HR program initiatives, and overall awesomeness.
