Bob Adamik, will introduce his “Psychological Clock Model” and teach us how to incorporate “Behavioral Interviewing” techniques during the classic “one hour” interview.

This presentation is designed to give human resource leaders an understanding of the major issues surrounding interview techniques, and to help make better hiring decisions.

Who Should Attend:

  • Anyone in HR responsible for the first interview, back-up interviews and support interviews
  • Anyone who wants to improve their documentation during an interview
  • Anyone who wants to reduce turnover and be cost effective
  • Anyone who wants to save on recruitment and agency fees
  • Anyone who wants a legally defensible process
  • Anyone who wants to find the “right-fit” for their organization

Additionally, a free workshop immediately following is provided to demonstrate the skill set, and allow human resource professionals to explore new techniques. Just let us know when you register for the main event if you plan to attend this workshop.

Presenter:

“What about Bob?” He brings thirty years of human resource expertise to your organization. Bob is unique in that he started his career and climbed the corporate ladder of success. He then researched management and earned his doctorate degree, DPA. Each step was a building block and became the foundation for his consulting practice. Because of his vast HR generalist experience, he can work with you to make decisions the best serve your organization. He is truly the “Go To” and “Hands-On” person you would assign responsible projects. His motto “nothing happens until you make it happen” still applies to this very day.
