Managing Teams with Psychological Safety

In this session participants will be introduced to Psychological Safety as well as a corresponding business case based on essential People-centered metrics.  To help participants begin their journey to establish Psychological Safety and attain these outcomes with their teams, we will explore the Trinity Framework, a unique view of Psychological Safety, as well as the cultures where it thrives: Cultures of Learning, Participation and Uniqueness. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Introduce Psychological Safety and establish why it matters to teams and organizations
  • Understand the elements of the Trinity model of Psychological Safety
  • Identify and explore specific cultures that you must introduce to attain Psychological Safety

    Speaker Bio:

    Maurice Ducoing

    Maurice lives in Los Angeles and serves and Founder/CEO of Ducoing Human Capital, where he serves as a guide to organizations of all sizes using his 15+ years of Human Capital Management experience (both operational and consulting).   As a guide, Maurice helps organizations tailor traditional and progressive approaches to the people side of business, helping them attain unique solutions grounded in psychological safety and inclusion. Specifically, Maurice is passionate about partnering to upskill people managers in psychological safety, interpersonal change, emotional intelligence and Inclusion; guiding organizations through complex organizational change, particular M&A, applying tried-and-true  people-focused tools; supporting executives to align and identify their mission, vision and values; and generally aid organizations in navigating DEI and the Talent lifecycle.
