Unleashing Your Wild and Creative Side During Tough Times

Be prepared to hear the story of how a seasoned Human Resources leader took what was really the darkest of situations – the recent pandemic – and decided to use this time productively – and unleashed a wave of creativity he wasn’t sure he had in him – to great success. Tim will share stories of his many years in human resources, leading up to this new chapter of his life – new career, new city, empty nesting, launching a sold-out play, writing a few more plays, publishing a best-selling cookbook, becoming an influencer, and ending up at the top of his game, both professionally and creatively.

Learning Objectives:

  • The importance of achieving balance during stressful times
  • Ideas on taking tough and stressful times and turning this into a positive
  • Applying lessons learned during tough times to your HR career, and leaning into innovation, creativity, and confidence in who you are to kill it in your Human Resources career, and re-emerge stronger than ever
