Daniel Enemark, PhD is Senior Economist & Director of Research at the San Diego Workforce Partnership,
Where he helps design and evaluate programs that expand access to middle-class jobs. His focus is on understanding and counteracting the causes of economic inequality in San Diego County. Daniel’s 2019 study on racial inequity in San Diego County led to the Workforce Partnership’s first program focused on expanding access to economic opportunity among Black youth.
