Travis Bushard

Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas, ResMed

Travis has been in talent acquisition for 17 years. He got his start with Vector Marketing (cutco knives), was responsible for campus recruiting for San Diego offices, once he graduated from SDSU he started in healthcare recruiting working for AMN Healthcare and went in house at Cubic Corporation in 2010. Travis loves leading a team and developing his recruiters to be partners to the business to influence hiring decisions. He also loves recruiting technology! Diversity is a passion of his, it is something that his team hears about in every weekly meeting, 2020 caused D&I to be thrust into every day conversation, his team works every day to make sure that the conversations around D&I = hires.


Shephali Gaier

Director of Talent Acquisition, Watkins Wellness

Shephali has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition across industries including Manufacturing, Biotechnology, and Investment Management.  She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Carlson School of Management at the University of MN, Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology also from the University of MN, and an active SPHR certification.  Earlier in her career, Shephali spent six years working as a Corrections Officer for the State of MN before she made the natural progression over to Human Resources (haha).  Today, Shephali is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Watkins Wellness where she leads the function in Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Onboarding. Her passions within Talent Acquisition are creating an excellent candidate and new hire experience, and humanizing the recruitment process.


Chris Gladheim

Sr. Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, General Atomics

Chris is a results oriented, passionate leader, and Marine Corps veteran with experience in various HR and TA roles across multiple industries including high-tech, manufacturing, and financial services.  At General Atomics, Chris is responsible for the TA Center of Expertise which includes strategic sourcing, executive recruitment, university relations & campus recruitment, diversity outreach, global & internal mobility, employer branding & social media, contingent workforce, the employee referral program and TA technology.  He loves to achieve business objectives through partnering, leveraging strengths, data, and candid communication. 

 

Matt Haver

Owner, Foundation Recruiting

Matthew Haver owns and runs Foundation Recruiting and Consulting and Project Royal Blue.  Matt is an entrepreneur with a strong knowledge in Technology, Recruiting, and Operations and has over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.  He specializes in Executive Search, Software/IT, Finance/Accounting, and Marketing/Creative.  He also has a hands on background in Electronics and Operations Management from his time serving in the United States Marine Corps and served as the Direct of Communications for SDHR Forum in 2016 and 2017.


Matt Hill

Director of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics , Dexcom

Matt Hill leads Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Dexcom, a world leader in Continuous Glucose Monitoring technology. Over the last 5 years at Dexcom his team has helped fuel remarkable global growth by building a world-class TA team and instilling a fast-paced high-output recruiting culture. Prior to Dexcom, Matt spent 5 years at Qualcomm in a variety of functional and regional TA leadership roles, including an international assignment in their Sydney, Australia offices. Before Qualcomm, he led Technical Talent Acquisition at CareFusion, helping to build out their internal TA function after a spinoff from Cardinal Health and moving from an RPO to a direct recruiting model. In his earlier career he worked in retained executive search as well as talent acquisition for startup, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 technology companies. Matt has lived in California most of his life, but has also had stints working and living in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and London (in addition to Sydney).

Holli Kunzelman

Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Alliance HealthCare Services

Holli is a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with over 20 years of skills and experience in Recruiting, Performance Management, Leadership and Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Change Management.  She stepped in to lead the talent acquisition team over 5 years ago and has been an energetic force in driving successful change and significant improvements during this time.  Holli is a passionate and authentic leader who continuously strives for excellence and meaningful results that she and the talent acquisition team bring to their partners, and the organization as a whole. 


Wendy Nevak

Head of Talent Acquisition, Cue Health

Wendy has led Talent Acquisition at Cue Health for 2.5 years and currently leads a team of 6. Her 20+ year career includes human capital solutions/recruiting for government and commercial entities for various industries such as medical device, technology, manufacturing solutions, sales and marketing.  Wendy is an adept relationship builder, networker, community connector who has earned an MBA, graduated from LEAD San Diego and earned a Human Resource Management Certificate at UCSD Extension. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for PLNU MBA Alumni and the Business Alumni Auxiliary.

 

Jenny Solis

Talent Acquisition Leader, ASML

Jenny Solis brings a diverse background in the Talent Acquisition space; her career has afforded her the opportunity to partner in highly regulated industries in varying organization that vary in makeup and size including the start-up environment to her  most recent role supporting  the largest tech company in Europe, ASML.  She is driven by the desire to simultaneously help both people and business mutually succeed in a an operationally efficient way that is  driven by data all while enhancing both the employee and candidate experience.

 

Heather Stamps

Talent Acquisition Manager, Palomar Health

Heather is a Talent Acquisition Manager with a 15 year background in corporate and agency full cycle recruitment. For the last 3.5 years at Palomar Health, she has been managing Talent Acquisition, Contract Labor, and the HR Service Center for two medical center campuses and multiple outpatient service lines. She is passionate about the candidate experience in sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to an organization.
