Summary: In this part-time position, the prospective candidate will be a senior-level trainer, capable of meeting the current needs of Apex Performance Strategies and our clients’. The job will involve collaboration with clients to provide high-end training and development services based on adult learning theory; geared towards developing employees/leadership. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job/classroom training, workshops, team building sessions, simulations, etc.) are essential. Flexibility and frequent independent judgment are crucial. Must be comfortable presenting to groups of employees of all levels and sizes; and be an energetic, engaging, clear, and strong speaker.
