This person will be responsible for a client group of about 250ish individuals. They will assist with performance related issues, partnering with mid level managers in both San Diego and another offsite location. Working with hiring managers on comp related matters as it pertains to promotions. There will be a lot of correspondence via email and phone to those employees off site. Strong employee relations experience, although the ER issues are not complex. This person needs to have excellent communication skills.
