    Play a critical role ensuring that Intuit is a great place to work for all employees by providing valuable HR expertise, insights and partnership that contribute to reaching optimal and timely outcomes for key stakeholders.  Partner with HR Business Partners, Senior HR and Senior Business Leaders across Intuit to increase efficiencies and accelerate growth through our HR Partner Model with mutual focus on facilitating sound Employee Relations decisions and delivering experiences that align with Intuit values, policies, practices and the law.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive investigation process on allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment
    • Consultant/partner with HR Business Partners and legal on organizational restructuring, single/group job eliminations, investigations
    • Handle escalations as needed and serve as the escalation path for complex performance management cases
    • Provide thorough and timely documentation in salesforce case management tool
    • Leverage metrics and data to diagnose organizational effectiveness and culture related opportunities and to provide input to the design/development and implementation of leadership capability building
    • Apply a deep understanding of  HR policies, practices, trends and the changing law to both provide training, coaching and thought partnership to Sr. HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and business leaders
    • Partner and/or drive ER related projects with internal and/or external resources (other HR groups, legal counsel, etc.)
    • Is a member of Intuit’s Threat Management Team, partnering with legal and security resources (including external partners) to resolve issues and build awareness and capability
    • Create an external ER network and benchmark efforts to identify and implement appropriate best practices in the arena of employee relations and HR policies, practices and tools
    • Extensive ER investigation experience, with strong expertise in HR a plus 
    • Possess high EQ to identify allegation, objectively interview parties, summarize data, draw conclusions in an unbiased manner and make appropriate recommendations while mitigating or minimizing the potential for risk to Intuit
    • Exercise and role model exceptional and expert judgement that balances trade-off decisions regarding risk
    • Role models strategic thought partnership and collaboration skills on both short and long term solutions to address ER/employee engagement issues
    • Leverages and balances inquiry versus advocacy to solve complex ER problems and issues
    • Strong ability to coach on change leadership to drive optimal business outcomes
    • Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency and confidence
    • Ability to deliver/facilitate ER content to build capability within team, HR Connect, HR Line and people leaders as needed
    • Strong comfort level in giving, receiving and acting on performance feedback in service to creating the best experience for our customers and strong team dynamics
    • Experience leveraging data, ER metrics and external benchmarking to proactively partner with HR Line or business leaders to address employee relations/employee engagement opportunities, patterns and trends
    • Partner and/or drive ER related projects with internal and/or external resources (other HR groups, legal counsel, etc.)
