    Staffing Coordinator
    Provides comprehensive administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, schedules phone, onsite, and video conferencing interviews, and processes paperwork for new hires and terminations. This is a temporary position.

    What you will do in this position:

    Administrative Support and Record Keeping

    · Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

    · Coordinates with candidates and hiring managers in scheduling interviews.

    · Processes new hire/termination paperwork and employee status changes.

    · Supports new hire process from pre-employment through onboarding.

    · Maintains ATS system and personnel files ensuring accuracy of data.

    · Conducts reference checks for new hires.

    · Processes department invoices and billing.

    · Reconciles HR credit card statement, prepares and submits check requests.

    · Prepares new hire paperwork and conducts new hire orientation.

    Front Desk Support

    · Serves as a back-up to the receptionist covering lunch and rest breaks and sick and vacation days.

    What you need to be successful in this role:

    · Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred

    · 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills including good listening, speaking, and writing skills.

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    · Experience with Taleo a plus.
