About the role:
This role will provide recruitment of top- tier talent needed to support our numerous client groups. This position will play a vital role in building our teams in support of our commercial operations and rapid growing US organization.
Attract talent through tried and true + new recruiting strategies - you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone or create a serious Boolean string. Work closely with our HR team to support the full life cycle of recruitment from initial requisition opening through offer acceptance. Promote our talent brand through various social media channels. Proactively look for innovative ways to overcome roadblocks that may come up in the recruitment process. Have a sales orientated mind-set with the ability to tell the company story, strategy and vision. Work within a staffing model that utilizes internal resources and external vendor partnerships to maximize the quality of talent and cost efficiencies.
Apply sound project management, problem solving and process improvement tools or methodologies to achieve our staffing goals. We are in aggressive hiring mode and need to be organized and focused. Have an organized and systematic approach to recruitment and candidate tracking. Understand the metrics that make you a successful recruiter and apply them. This is a hands-on role that requires full cycle recruitment from requisition opening to offer acceptance.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all state and federal statutes and regulations including but not limited to applicable wage and hour laws, and regulations related to FMLA, EEO and ADA.
