Rise of the Crowd: Democratizing Performance Management

Yearly performance reviews and generic social platforms are no longer doing the job when it comes to getting today’s technologically savvy workforce to engage with their peers, their bosses or their work. By leveraging socially-powered, data-fueled performance systems, Sears Holdings is finding new keys to unlock, reinvent and democratize performance management.

Chris Mason will share new insights and data behind an innovative platform that enables continuous performance improvement through dynamic goal setting, daily social feedback, and quarterly conversations rooted in the latest neuroscience research — without traditional annual performance ratings.
